Trinity Financing Investments Corporation ("TFIC") has been an active investor for over 30 years, providing capital to high-growth small and mid-cap companies.

With a MBA in finance, she was appointed to manage VN Government Bank for Lending, Financing, and Investing in all sectors of the economy.
Following this she went on to own hotels and a manufacturing company with over 2,000 employees. Within the company existed numerous business including bulk shipping of rice, hotels, and various CPG verticals.
In 2006, under her leadership the "TFIC" invested multiple millions of US dollars into advancing the Trinity No.1 and No. 2 wells for Oil and Gas in Midland, TX turning a stagnant process into a successful venture.
Since its inception in 2003, the TFIC, under Ms. Trinity's leadership has invested in over 1,000 public companies across a a wide variety of sectors.
Son of Trinity Bui, graduate of NYU with a focus on International Relations and Business.
Certified paralegal from Boston University, advocate for individuals with special needs, and active involvment in numerous charitable organizations including The Himalyan Cataract Project.
Since 2018 Jimmy has operated as the Executive Assistant to Ms Trinity, during this time he has been primarily responsible for scouting for new opportunities, streamlining the due diligence process, and managing corporate finance & communications.
In 2022 he was given the position of Vice President and has since also been responsible for helping to promote issuers and connect them with wider groups of investors.
