We had the pleasure of hosting Laramide Resources for their latest presentation in front of our investor group on November 17. The company continues to advance its portfolio of high quality uranium projects in the United States and Australia, most notably the advanced stage Westmoreland project in Queensland and the Church Rock and Crownpoint projects in New Mexico. These assets position Laramide as a developing supplier of North American uranium at a time when the sector is experiencing renewed attention driven by accelerating demand for secure and domestic nuclear fuel. We were joined by Chief Executive Officer Marc Henderson, whose long standing leadership has guided the company through multiple cycles in the uranium market and has been instrumental in positioning the portfolio for the current global shortage of tier one uranium projects. His participation provided in depth context around technical progress across the asset base, permitting updates, recent project level milestones, and the broader macro landscape that continues to strengthen the long term outlook for uranium developers. Mr. Henderson delivered a detailed update on the evolution of Westmoreland, emphasizing the scale of the system, the robustness of the deposit, and the unique geological advantages that differentiate it from many peers. He highlighted the continuing technical studies, the refinement of project engineering, and the steps underway to optimize the development pathway. In addition, the discussion touched on the New Mexico assets, where Laramide is advancing a plan to bring Church Rock and Crownpoint toward production readiness through staged development and ongoing technical and regulatory work. The presentation also outlined upcoming catalysts across the portfolio, including additional engineering updates, progress on permitting, continued advancement of project development scenarios, and broader sector drivers tied to contracting cycles, utility inventory trends, and improving long term pricing. The team reiterated the strategic importance of building uranium production capacity in secure jurisdictions and emphasized their disciplined approach to capital allocation and long term shareholder value. With a global shift toward nuclear energy, a tightening supply chain, and a pipeline of strategic projects with clear development trajectories, Laramide Resources remains one of the more compelling emerging uranium stories in the market. The company is positioning itself to unlock substantial value as it advances its portfolio toward future production and continues to benefit from strengthening fundamentals in the uranium sector.

Laramide Resources

A growing uranium developer advancing a portfolio of strategic United States and Australian projects positioned to benefit from strengthening global demand for nuclear fuel.

Market Focus

Laramide Resources is a uranium focused exploration and development company with a geographically diversified portfolio anchored by two core project clusters. In the United States the company controls the Church Rock and Crownpoint projects in New Mexico along with additional assets in the Grants Mineral Belt. In Australia the flagship Westmoreland project in Queensland represents one of the largest undeveloped uranium deposits within a stable mining jurisdiction. As of late 2025 the market value reflects increasing investor attention toward high quality uranium projects supported by clear development pathways and strong geopolitical relevance.

Platform and Strategy

Laramide’s plan centers on three pillars.

• Advance the Westmoreland project through continuing technical studies, refined engineering, resource optimization, and updated economic modeling to position the asset for future development. Westmoreland offers scale, longevity, and geological simplicity that collectively differentiate it within the global uranium development pipeline.

• Progress the United States assets at Church Rock and Crownpoint by preparing staged development scenarios, advancing permitting, and refining project level technical data to support production readiness.

• Maintain and advance regional exploration programs across both jurisdictions to unlock additional value, expand the resource base, and support long term optionality for production growth.

Recent Progress and Growth

The company has continued to report steady advancement across its portfolio, underscoring long term development potential in both the United States and Australia.

• At Westmoreland Laramide has been integrating updated geological interpretations, advancing engineering studies, and evaluating development sequencing to enhance project economics. Continued technical work supports the view that Westmoreland is a cornerstone asset with significant strategic value.

• In New Mexico the company has been progressing permitting steps and refining development plans for Church Rock and Crownpoint. These projects benefit from historic data, supportive regional infrastructure, and their location within a well established uranium district.

• The macro environment for uranium remains constructive with utilities reentering long term contracting cycles, global reactor buildouts accelerating, and policy support for domestic nuclear fuel supply strengthening across North America and allied regions.

Partnerships and Strategic Positioning

Laramide’s jurisdictional footprint provides a powerful strategic advantage. Queensland is a proven mining region with access to infrastructure and a supportive regulatory framework for project development. New Mexico’s Grants Mineral Belt has a deep legacy of uranium production, a skilled technical workforce, and established pathways for permitting and operations.

The combination of scale, jurisdictional stability, and development ready assets positions Laramide as a potential future partner of choice for utilities, fuel cycle participants, and strategic investors seeking secure long term uranium supply.

Leadership and Capital Markets Strategy

The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Marc Henderson whose multi decade involvement in the uranium sector has shaped a disciplined and methodical approach to project advancement. Under his leadership Laramide has strengthened its technical foundation, broadened investor outreach, and focused capital on high value development initiatives. The company continues to increase its presence within the institutional and family office investor community through transparent reporting and consistent technical communication.

Near Term Catalysts

• Continuing engineering and project optimization updates for Westmoreland including metallurgy, resource modeling, and economic framework development.

• Progress on permitting and staged development plans for Church Rock and Crownpoint in New Mexico.

• Additional technical and geological updates from regional exploration and portfolio wide optimization work.

• Broader sector catalysts tied to utility contracting trends, long term uranium price dynamics, and policy support for domestic fuel security.

Conclusion

Laramide Resources enters late 2025 with a strengthened development platform anchored by Westmoreland, supported by advancing United States assets, and positioned within a global uranium market experiencing renewed structural demand. With strategic jurisdictional exposure, advancing technical work, expanding optionality, and leadership with deep sector experience, Laramide stands out as an emerging uranium developer capable of unlocking substantial value as the market continues to evolve.
